Private Appointment – This can be arranged depending on availability and location – there will be additional costs for shipping (GBP 125) – and the Phlebotomist costs will depend on location.


Should you be prevented or for any other reason not be able to come to your appointment with us, you can cancel your appointment with a full refund provided that you have contacted us no later than 72-hours prior to your appointment.  Missed appointments or late cancellations are charged GBP 60 – the analysis will be fully refunded if not shipped.

If you are in Stockholm looking to book a time in London, there is a 1h time difference – ie when you book 11am, it is actually the time for 10am London time.
